Espoo City Library

• eBooking has clarified the booking process from the librarians' perspective. Nowadays the customers mainly book for themselves.
• It pacified the traffic in the various departments because under 15 years old customers and adults have their own places and workstations and those of the wrong age can neither book nor use computers reserved for other ages.
• The software applies the same rules to everyone which increases equality in using computers.
• The possibility to book computers several weeks beforehand enables customers to better plan their activities.
• eBooking contains useful statistics that can be further processed for instance in Excel and that way one can acquire statistical information that was practically impossible to get in the manual system.

Hyvinkää City Library

• eBooking is a very useful booking system, enabling customers with the help of their own user codes to make reservations and to use customer computers on a self-service basis.
• There is lively traffic on our customer workstations, so it's important for the sessions are impartially allocated.
• We couldn't even think of going back to using a manual system!
